(a) Account data: name, email, password hash. (b) Meeting data: rooms you create or join, participant identifiers, timestamps. (c) Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, log data needed to run and secure the service. (d) Content you provide: audio, video and chat are transmitted to enable the meeting; we do not record meetings unless you explicitly start a recording.

To create and secure your account; to set up and route your meetings; to keep the service reliable and safe; to comply with legal obligations. Our legal bases are your consent, performance of our terms with you, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

For users in Russia, the recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, and retrieval of personal data is performed using databases located in the Russian Federation, as required by 152-FZ.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with infrastructure providers that host the service under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal and security purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Real-time meeting audio/video is not stored.

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@ezmeet.xyz; we respond within a reasonable time.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other measures appropriate to the risk. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect your data and to notify you of incidents where required.

The service is not directed to children under the age required by local law; we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we will post the new version here and update the date. Material changes will be highlighted.
