Service Level & Uptime
Last updated: 12 August 2026
ezmeet is in private beta. We run it as a real service and aim for high availability, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee yet. Here is what you can expect.
What we aim for
We work to keep ezmeet fast and available around the clock, on in-country infrastructure. We monitor the service continuously and respond to problems as they happen.
No formal SLA during beta
While ezmeet is in private beta, we do not provide a contractual Service Level Agreement or uptime credit. Business plans may include a formal SLA in the future; until then, availability is provided on a best-effort basis, as described in our Terms.
Live status
Our current, real-time service health — Web, API, Signaling and Media — is published at status.ezmeet.xyz, together with a history of past incidents. Check it first if something looks wrong.
Planned maintenance
Occasionally we take the service offline briefly for maintenance. When we do, you will see a maintenance page rather than an error, and we keep these windows short and infrequent.
Incidents
When there is an unplanned disruption, we post it to the status page and work to restore service as quickly as we can. Material incidents affecting your data are handled per our Privacy Policy.
Support
For help or to report a problem, email support@ezmeet.xyz. We aim to reply within two business days.
